What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of domestic & foreign vehicles
- Perform full, honest vehicle inspections
- Work alongside service advisors to communicate vehicle needs to customers
- Troubleshoot complex vehicle issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow technicians
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as a flat-rate automotive technician
- Proficiency in drivability diagnostics across all makes & models
- Own a well-equipped tool collection
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality workmanship
- Ability to meet/exceed hourly productivity goals
- Professional demeanor & excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE Certifications (or a plan to achieve them)
- Desire for long-term career growth within our organization
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/move over 100 lbs occasionally
- Work with vehicles lifted overhead & in tight spaces
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Use a computer & tablet for digital vehicle inspections
