Master Lead Automotive Technician
The Master Lead Automotive Technician is a critical role in our team, responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles with precision and accuracy.

- Conduct thorough courtesy inspections and communicate effectively with guests regarding vehicle concerns.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic with a proven track record of success.
- Master Certified L1 Technician with ASE certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Strong diagnostic skills, with ability to analyze complex vehicle issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting and moving of objects weighing over 100 pounds.
- Able to work comfortably in tight spaces and at heights above head level.
- Efficiently use hand tools and navigate computer systems.
