Tall Timber’s mission is the following : As followers of Jesus, we provide all people of all ages unique opportunities where they may discover God’s love for them, deepen relationships with one another, and explore God’s creation. Tall Timber does this through high-quality outdoor programming, retreats, educational opportunities, hospitality, and community. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure smooth functioning of the camp and retreat center. This role includes managing staff, engaging with the board, coordinating volunteers, driving fundraising efforts, implementing policies, and developing programs that align with Tall Timber’s mission and values. The Executive Director will also serve as the primary representative of the organization, building and maintaining relationships with churches, community groups, and other key stakeholders.
