Minimal Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration or from an Accredited University.
- A minimum of five years of health care experience.
- Experienced in system development and integration, performance metrics and program development and operational management, strategic planning, and data analytics.
- Minimum of 5 years of personnel management experience, ability to coach, direct and use leadership skills to grow and develop team members.
- Proven experience and understanding of best practices for developing solutions, and project management which involves organizing, planning, and overseeing the execution of projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, data management, Power BI, and key performance indicators development.
Summary
Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to Ryan White Team Members.
Responsible for the delivery of evidence-based prevention and early intervention services.
Ensure the execution of system operations and performance for alignment with grant requirements, federal guidelines, patient satisfaction and community impact.
Participating in short-term and long-range strategic planning for the sustainability of Program services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for Ryan White EIS, Part B, and RRA, AARP, PHMIC and Prevention Programs) for the department’s effectiveness, compliance, and sustainability.
- Work closely with Team Members to ensure optimal performance and compliance with governing bodies, and development of actionable plans/workflows to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Co-led the monthly HIV Clinical Quality Management Plan to develop actionable measures/PDSA to improve performance.
- Review of RW data points, continuous quality improvement actionable plans, workflows and patient satisfaction.
- Manage the implementation of HIV Quality Plan’s Key Objectives.
- Lead presenter at the monthly Part C, IDPH, CDPH meeting.
- Participates in establishing, reviewing, and revising standards of care, standards of practice, and standards of performance.
- Work with the Health Administrator and Program Coordinator to prepare and submit the report for the monthly HRSA Part C, AARP, HUD, and AFC monitoring calls.
- Work with the Grant Compliance Manager track approved budget expenditure and completion of the service category by personnel.
- Ensure weekly departmental meetings are scheduled by each department to review quality assurance, performance updates, and planning efforts to strengthen the programs.
- Assist the Program Managers with establishing a Consumer Advisory Board that meets monthly to discuss program services and satisfaction.
- Work closely with HIV Nurse and Health Administrator for the completion/submission of the RSR Report.
- Review program outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement, work closely with Directors to develop corrective action steps, and monitor outcomes.
- Ensure departments are following federal, state, and local guidance applicable to various grants.
- Develop strategies to improve interdepartmental referrals and collaborations across the spectrum of CCHC programs.
- Participate in internal committees (CQI, Operation0, Risk/Compliance)
- Work closely with Team Members to comply with required reporting, external compliance reviews, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Development and Directors on new opportunities for growth in existing markets. Assist with applications for new opportunities.
- Attending external and internal meetings, providing a summary of urgent landscape trends, critical issues, and performance outcomes and opportunities for upper management.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with direct reports to give an overview of performance, needs, and corrective steps for a standard of excellence. Provide coaching and support for successful programs.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with CCHC’s multiple constituencies, as well as provide strong leadership and guidance within the organization.
- Provide CAO with monthly dashboard report.
- Other duties assigned.
