Duties and Responsibilities
This role entails:
- Guiding and directing the delivery of nursing care by non-professionals and licensed practical nurses.
- Adhering to State and Federal Regulations.
- Performing all job functions in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for:
- Assessing resident needs and reporting changes in physical/mental conditions to Nurse Managers and physicians.
- Consulting with Nurse Manager and/or physicians regarding resident needs.
- Assisting LPNs with resident concerns and assessments.
