Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants and LPNs to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and progress.
Qualifications
- Degree from an approved nursing program for RN/LPN.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Wisconsin.
- Preferred experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
- BLS certification required.
