Responsibilities
- Assess and develop individual plans of care for residents, ensuring person-centered care and adherence to best practices around infection prevention and control.
- Coordinate and delegate care of residents, collaborating with certified nursing assistants and medication administration assistants as needed.
- Conduct routine checks on residents who are ill or have problems, noting any changes in condition and assisting staff in responding to these changes.
