They are responsible for the respect of the Brand image and represents the brand values towards the customers and one's colleagues. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT :
- Under Boutique Manager's leadership, daily contribute to manage the team and ensure a good level of team spirit and energy
- Assist in setting realistic individual KPIs for the team
- Assist in coaching and developing skills and knowledge of all team members using Dior tools and training materials
- Set an example on all boutique activities and rules
- Assist Boutique Manager by making recommendations towards the recruitment and development of team members (develop the skills and knowledge of all team members, one-on-one coaching) and identify team members training needs
