Christian Family Solutions is a faith-based, religious organization committed to our mission, healing and helping people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ. As more and more people seek help with difficult issues, we want to be the counseling resource they turn to for hope, healing, and peace.
We are recruiting a full-time School-Based Therapist to provide dual-role services at Fox Valley Lutheran High School for the ’25-’26 school year through our School Partnership Program. Our school partnership program is a customized and comprehensive way for schools to assist in meeting the emotional or psychological needs of their students by providing them with convenient, affordable services. We are actively seeking counselors who are members of a WELS or ELS congregation and have a strong desire to learn more about integrating Christian counseling practices based on these principles.
This will be full-time position, with an anticipated start date in early August 2025. The applicant selected will be eligible for Christian Family Solutions' full benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, a 401(K) plan with a match, and PTO. Typical hours for this role are between 8am and 4pm, Monday-Friday.

What you will be doing
Providing Christian based counseling services at Fox Valley Lutheran High School in person or through a secure video connection during telehealth sessions. In this school-based therapist role, you will not only provide clinical therapy, but also work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student’s academic, social, emotional and/or behavioral support by creating and assisting with school-based intervention plans.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Human Services field.
- Must be active member of a WELS or ELS congregation.
- Willingness to support the mission of Christian Family Solutions.
- Must have required hours of supervised clinical experience or be working toward the completion of supervised hours, per state requirements.
- Competence in delivering therapy via different modalities and for various populations and disorders.
- A high degree of responsibility in maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct in all matters pertaining to work
- Willing to uphold a biblical worldview in the clinical setting.
