We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst to join our Information Services department. The Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst will report to and support the Sr. Data Analyst Manager. This individual will be tasked with producing a variety of financial KPI artifacts and dashboards, with the uses of very advanced excel sheets. These financial KPIs will be output from a variety of revenue cycle applications that control the entire spectrum of the revenue cycle continuum, from the moment a patient is admitted, the moment they pay a bill. This individual will also be required learn and eventually establish subject matter expertise in all revenue cycle applications, assisting with implementing, administrating, and training of these respective applications. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.
Competencies:
- Reports to Sr. Data Analyst Manager, while supporting the applications of various areas of the Finance Department, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Billing, Claims Management, General Ledger Management.
- Produces Financial KPI analytics, reports, and dashboards, including but not limited to Monthly Financial packages, payer mix performance, census & volume statistics, budget vs actual, Cash Disbursement, Bank Reconciliation.
- Provides training and support to end users with account management, financial closing, ancillary file management.
- Supports the implementation of new financial systems and modules across the enterprise, as well as align applications with new acquisitions.
Schedule: Full time, 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.
Education: BA in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrates compliance with the CHCC ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two to four years of experience working with financial applications (FinTech) required.
- Must be well versed in excel, pivot tables, and macros.
- Experience with PowerBI, and various querying tools (ie. SQL).
- Must be familiar with Financial Statements, Budgets, OpEx & CapEx, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Management.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills.
