About the Role

This part-time Administrative Assistant position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pastoral care services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Pastoral Care and the Pastoral Care Staff to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating worship services, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and reports.
  • Providing administrative support, including typing, copying, and distributing documents.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with community churches and clergy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • One year of secretarial experience.
  • Experience in database management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
