Our Team
A full-time Medical Director coordinates a team of skilled professionals, including on-site physicians, clinical nurse specialists, geriatric nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, dietitians, physiatrists, psychiatrists, social workers, chaplains, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Together, we create individualized care plans for each resident, addressing their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care. You will also demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to our mission statement.
Schedule and Education
- Full-time shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; new graduate nurses welcome to apply
