Medical Director Led Team
A full-time Medical Director coordinates our team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse specialists, geriatric nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, dietitians, physiatrists, psychiatrists, social workers, chaplains, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
