Job Description
We are seeking a caring and dedicated LPN to join our team at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. As an LPN, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents
- Developing individualized care plans with the healthcare team
- Supervising nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including discounted health insurance, dental program, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Schedule
- Full-time shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am
