Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Director of Operations to ensure adequate staffing levels and update schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate attendance records and track staff hours worked
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on staffing levels and overtime
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one year of secretarial experience preferred.
