Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Pastoral Care and the Pastoral Care staff, including secretarial, clerical, and administrative functions.
- Manage phone calls, coordinate events, and maintain databases, as well as provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents, patients, and clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of secretarial experience is required.
- Experience in database management is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher) is necessary.
