As a part-time Administrative Assistant in our Pastoral Care department, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who share your commitment to making a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Pastoral Care and the Pastoral Care staff, including secretarial, clerical, and administrative functions.
  • Manage phone calls, coordinate events, and maintain databases, as well as provide secretarial and administrative support.
  • Contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents, patients, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of secretarial experience is required.
  • Experience in database management is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher) is necessary.
