- Update schedules and track staff hours worked
- Prepare reports on staffing levels and overtime
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one year of secretarial experience preferred. Working knowledge of staffing, payroll, and benefits is essential.
