Nealy Pierce has partnered with a growing, independently owned non-profit hospital in Florida to recruit a dynamic and inspirational Director of Care Coordination (RN) to join their leadership team.
About the Hospital and the Director of Care Coordination (RN) Position:
- Non-profit, award winning acute care hospital that has served its community for over 50 years and a member of a regional healthcare system
- The Director will manage a team of 15 FTE’s including a Nurse Manager and Social Work Supervisor and will be responsible for the hospital wide Care Coordination Team including Case Management, Utilization Review, Denial Review, and Social Work Services
- Reports to a visionary Chief Financial Officer who has been with the organization for over seven years

Director of Care Coordination (RN) Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's preferred
- Active RN State of Florida
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive Care Coordination leadership experience in an acute care hospital required
- Seeking a RELATIONSHIP DRIVEN, VISIBLE and INSPIRATIONAL leader
- Proven track record of success in Care Coordination leadership
- Able to establish positive collaborative relationships across all levels
