Key Responsibilities :
- Learn and Assist : Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
- Problem Solving : Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
