Requirements
We're seeking a registered nurse with a strong background in long-term care or skilled nursing communities. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with minimum 2-3 years of experience as an RN in this field. Proven experience with MDS assessments and care planning is essential, as well as in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Proficiency in electronic health record systems and MDS software is also required, along with a thorough understanding of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Additionally, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
