We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Triangle, VA.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all maintenance requests are completed
- Perform heating and air-conditioning related repairs, snow removal, etc.
- Ensure completion of all resident work orders
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently are a must.
Effective communication skills will be key in collaborating with fellow team members and updating supervisors and tenants on tasks.
A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
Prior experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
A positive, outgoing personality, friendliness, reliability, and a passion for helping others will help you be successful in this position.
You must be responsible for taking calls for after-hours emergency maintenance.
