Christian, Samson & Baskett, PLLC is a full-service law firm in downtown Missoula established in 1989, dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized client service throughout Montana and the US.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background or current studies in business or accounting and will be responsible for managing client billing, internal bookkeeping, client communications regarding financial matters, setting up client files, managing retainers, and coordinating payment plans and banking interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client billing processes and invoicing
- Handle internal bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Process and reconcile client retainers
- Coordinate payment plans and banking interactions
- Set up and maintain client files and information
- Communicate with clients regarding financial matters
- Track billable hours and expenses
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or willingness to learn)
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Customer service orientation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
