- Agrees with and upholds the principles outlined in Articles II, III, and XII, section 1 of the Constitution of the Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in education as a minimum qualification.

- Demonstrates prior classroom experience as a teacher, preferably at the elementary level.

- Establish and maintain a stimulating and respectful art studio environment that encourages creative exploration.
