After School Respite Provider

Christian Servants Home Care LLC, a non-medical provider agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Respite Provider! In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to youth, creating a safe and engaging environment for their well-being.

Opportunities available near Dresser, Wisconsin! These positions will entail a provider to provide supervision within the client's home, age-appropriate activities, basic assistance with ADLs, light meal preparation, behavioral redirection, and community type outings / transportation (if applicable).

Shift Times: Afterschool hours, Monday through Friday between 3-7pm.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of caregiving experience, preferably in a youth or with persons with disabilities setting.
• Willingness to travel within 20 miles of Dresser, Wisconsin.
• Must possess a smartphone with location tracking capabilities for time tracking purposes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for youth.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the youth and their families.

Pay is based on education and experience.
