What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Respite Provider (URGENT) position at Christian Servants Home Care, LLC?
Christian Servants Home Care LLC, a non-medical provider agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Respite Provider! In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to youth, creating a safe and engaging environment for their well-being.
Position open in River Falls, Wisconsin!
This position will require a provider to engage one-on-one with a youth; providing companionship, assistance with ADLs, and light meal preparation.
An ideal candidate must portray the following qualifications:
- Direct caregiving experience working with physical disabilities.
- Direct experience working with a lift system.
- Willingness to work anytime between 3-9pm (Wednesday - Friday) and sporadic weekend time; up to 18 hours per week.
- Must possess a smartphone with location tracking capabilities for time tracking purposes.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the youth and their families.
Pay is based on education and experience.
