**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Respite Worker to provide support and care for Children in need. The Respite Worker will assist with various activities and offer relief to primary caregivers. Male Providers encouraged to apply!
**Duties:**
- Provide respite care to Children before and after school
- Assist with daily living activities and charting
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Engage individuals in recreational activities and social interactions
- Offer emotional support and companionship
**Requirements:**
- Experience with Autism, Sign language are all a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- First aid certification is a plus
- Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
