The Christiana Hospital Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Rad Tech to work the evening shift. This individual will also work every 4th weekend with a rotating holiday schedule
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
- Developing and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and time
- Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro
- Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
- Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
- Operating the following equipment: Phillips, Siemens, Carestream and Canon
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Radiology Science
- RT Technologist experience preferred
- ARRT Registered Technologist required
- Delaware license
- Certification in CPR
- Flexibility in hours and duties is required
