About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full Time LPN to join our team in the Delaware Beaches area, including Lewes, Rehoboth, Selbyville, Millsboro.
The successful candidate will work day shift hours, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of geriatric patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Give care including but not limited to: Cardiac Care, Foley Catheters, Pulmonary Care, Ostomy Care, etc.
- Engage in planning for discharge of patients.
- Provide education to patients and their family members on care, disease process, and nutrition.
Requirements
- Qualified applicants must possess a current DE LPN license, or compact state license, and one year of LPN experience. Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
