We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media & digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients' brand presence, engage with and expand audiences, and drive traffic to their platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple clients and accounts, and a passion for storytelling through various digital mediums with clear ROI and measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of each organization.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others.
- Work with our creative director to design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Develop on-trend strategies relevant to each industry and category.
- Manage social media & digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective results aligned with clients' priorities.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Produce high-quality video content and photography that showcases each brand's values and initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
