About the opportunity:
The primary purpose of the position is to support Professional Services departments by accurately processing and entering all sales orders, work orders, and service contracts in JDE. In addition, scheduling, tracking, maintaining, and updating billing reports to ensure completion and monitor aging are vital to this role. Other JDE system related activities and administrative tasks may be requested and performed from time to time.
Responsibilities:
Order and Case Management:
Review and close cases in AMDOCS.
Track, enter, and process customer POs and quotes.
Timely entry of Order Requisitions.
Create, track, and manage WOs, including various types (B, D, F, Type 6, etc.).
Work Order Processing:
Verify parts and enter WOs accurately.
Compile backup documentation for WO approval.
Follow up on aged WOs using reports and dashboards.
Reconcile WOs for internal and external billing.
Handle freight invoicing, coding, and approvals.
Customer and Billing Support:
Resolve customer billing issues and escalate unresolved cases appropriately.
Research and address discrepancies in SRMA and WOs.
Manage customer correspondence via email and phone queues.
Administrative and Logistical Support:

High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree a plus
5 years to learn the various systems at CDS
1-2 years familiarity with the electronics industry
1-2 years working with outside customers/vendors

Excellent writing skills essential as many e-mails are required to communicate with customer’s world-wide, internal and external.
Computer Skills – JDE, Amdocs, Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point
