Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining efficient operations within our organization. Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support customer needs and facilitate order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and other languages as needed to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer support skills with a proven track record of resolving issues effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with sales processes is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
