Role Overview : The Social Media Manager will play a key role in leading Christin Marie
Studio’s digital marketing efforts while also managing customer service inquiries and resolution.
This individual will be responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that reflects the
brand’s identity, engages our audience, and drives business. Additionally, they will ensure an
exceptional customer experience by handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback with
professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation :
Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across Instagram, TikTok,
Facebook, and Pinterest to increase brand awareness, engagement, and
e-commerce sales.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and
captions, that align with Christin Marie Studio’s aesthetic and mission.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to
optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a
timely and brand-aligned manner.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality visuals and compelling
storytelling elements.
Research trends and industry best practices to keep content fresh, innovative, and
relevant.
Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand ambassador programs
to drive brand exposure and credibility.
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via social media, email, and
website platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Handle customer concerns, returns, exchanges, and order inquiries with efficiency
and empathy.
Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the online
shopping experience and increase customer retention.
Monitor and track customer feedback, providing insights to improve product
offerings, service strategies, and brand communication.○
Work closely with fulfillment and operations teams to resolve order-related issues
and ensure a seamless purchasing process.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
Manage the digital content library, ensuring assets are properly stored and
accessible.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for product launches, marketing campaigns,
and seasonal promotions.
Provide administrative and marketing support to the Christin Marie Studio team
as needed.
