What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Arts Engagement Director position at Christina Cultural Arts Center?
Wilmington, DE based non-profit seeks Community Arts Engagement Director to be responsible for planning, management, grantsmanship, fiscal oversight, impact evaluation and audience development for arts education, workforce development and public presenting programs targeting school age children and adults. Role includes professional development and personnel supervision.
Minimum Qualifications-Undergraduate degree in Arts Administration, Art Education, or related field, 4 or more years of equivalent years of experience in program design/evaluation, curriculum development, and assessment experience. Master's degree preferred. Human resources and fundraising experience and a passion for working with families, educators, customers, business partners, funders, and community stakeholders a plus. Applicants must possess successful community engagement experience, and effective use of social media and technology for project management, communication, evaluation, and audience outreach. Demonstrated competence in written and public speaking skills preferred.
