Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical or Dental Receptionist is preferred but not required.
- 2nd language/Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including Google Suite.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A background in clerical work or office administration is advantageous.
