Christopher Heights of Worcester is currently seeking a Resident Service Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of resident services to our diverse community. We are seeking a highly organized, responsible and compassionate RN or LPN to lead our dynamic team. The RSM is responsible for supervising our direct care staff, management of the care and services for our residents, implementing company policies and procedures, adhering to EOEA regulatory requirements, developing and implementing resident service plans, and communicating with residents and family members to assure highest level of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Orients, trains, motivates and supervises Companions
Ensures staff compliance with facility policies, protocols and safety measures
Counsels residents and their families in meeting residents’ care needs
Monitors the health of each resident and notifies the appropriate person or agency of changes in condition or needs
Collaborates with members of the management team for optimal customer service
Qualifications:
RN or LPN licensure required
Prior experience in assisted living preferred
Must demonstrate the ability to relate in a positive and professional way to a diverse resident, family and employee population
Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and work in an environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
Ability to set priorities, complete assignments and manage multiple duties and responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
