What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Contact Center Agent position at Christopher Rural Health Planning Corporation?
Du Quoin Behavioral Health Clinic has an opening for Contact Center Agents. This position will join a team of staff who receive incoming phone calls, schedule medical appointments and take messages for clinical staff. Experience in the medical field and medical terminology is preferred. Excellent customer service skills are required. Hours are Monday-Friday.
Benefits include vacation days, paid holidays and sick days as well as a quarterly incentive program. Long-term disability insurance and a $50,000 life insurance policy is provided as a benefit.
