What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Christopher Villarreal CPA, PLLC?
The duties for this position are as follows:
- Answer phones, set up meetings, and communicate with clients
- Invoicing and collections for the firm
-Digital record keeping for all the client documents
-May assist with payroll preparation and bookkeeping under supervision
- Follow firm's established accounting processes
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all client accounts
This position is currently part time but may eventually turn into a full time position.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting or prior office environment experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Quickbooks is preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
