We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, including, but not limited to : managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining office files. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Core responsibilities :
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
Greeting visitors
Handling email correspondence
Maintaining filing systems and data entry
Scanning, copying & preparing training materials & other publications
Ordering office supplies
Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
Essential Skills :
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish
Strong organizational and ability to manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Adobe Acrobat
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
