We are currently looking for a Manager of Application Support to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Mentor junior IT and Application Support Specialists on infrastructure, software, security, and support best practices
- Support and troubleshoot customer issues both hardware and software related as well as address escalations as necessary
- Maintenance and support of basic infrastructure and proprietary applications
- Empathize with, build trust, and collaborate across the organization (Support, Product, Development, DevOps, Executives, etc.)
- Clear impediments for the support team and participate in building a hands-on, collaborative, self-starter culture
- Provided success metrics and reporting as needed
- 3 Years leading and mentoring an application support team
- 2 Years' experience with the following technical tools/platforms:
- Atlassian products such as Service Desk, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc
- Azure (Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Windows and MacOS installation and troubleshooting
- Basic computer hardware and networking configuration and installation
- Meticulous with strong mentorship, customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift fifty pounds
- Fearless, innovative self-starter that will get their hands dirty
- Ability to commit to a full-time in-office work schedule
- Bachelor of Science and/or technical certifications
- Experience with:
- Sophos UTM & Barracuda Email Protection
- Automation: PowerShell, Bash
- SQL, C#, and Java

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
