Chriswell Law Offices is a seeking a receptionist/legal administrative assistant to assist in the day-to-day operation of a small law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls and visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Among your responsibilities will be:
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Taking messages and transferring calls
- Providing general administrative support to our team, including file management
- Maintaining a clean and organized desk area
- Prepare correspondence and other documents as needed by team members
- perform other office-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills (including MS Office) and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience working in a small or medium-sized office setting is preferred
Working hours are typically 9-4 Monday thru Thursday and 9-12 on Friday, with some flexibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
