Your job as a Maintenance Mechanic is to help assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

What’s the work schedule?
- 2nd Shift; Monday through Friday 2 pm to 10 pm
- 40 hours per week plus overtime as needed
- Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour plus shift differential
What’s the Job?
- Inspect all machinery and moving equipment such as pumps, extruders, pelletizers, and other plastic extrusion process equipment and assists on maintenance jobs as required for malfunction and worn parts
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses repairs of all machinery and equipment relative to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment
- Checks guards for loose connections, checks for cleanliness, looseness of fittings
- Performs plant inspections daily and checks work log for daily projects and repairs
- Repairs all equipment and machinery assigned in a timely and safe manner
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by the company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
