About the Role:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing machinery that keeps production running efficiently. Whether troubleshooting packaging systems, diagnosing electrical issues, or welding components, your hands-on skills will make a direct impact.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and fix machinery issues across the facility.
- Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines, calipers, and micrometers.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated packaging equipment.
- Apply knowledge of power transmission, gearboxes, bearings, and pumps.
- Perform pneumatic and hydraulic repairs, including air cylinder rebuilding.
- Work safely with low and high-voltage circuits; read electrical schematics.
- Diagnose and repair motor controls and devices.
- Use welding and soldering techniques, including TIG, MIG, and Arc welding.
- Tackle basic plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication tasks.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools, schematics, and machinery components.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
