The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Chromalloy. They play a critical role in ensuring that the company's staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
This remote-based role will primarily support hourly manufacturing hiring for our West Region locations, managing a 25-45 requisitions at a time.
Candidates located in or near Phoenix, AZ or Carson City, NV are preferred, but other locations in the Central/Mountain time zones may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals to find potential candidates.
- Screening Applications: Review resumes and cover letters to determine the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the ATS.
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting. Aerospace manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but is not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS). Dayforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including sort/filter, basic functions, formatting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
