The Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from award through installation, with a focus on exceptional customer service. This role is based in our La Vergne, TN facility, with travel to the manufacturing facility in Utah less than 20%.
Main Duties:
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop project plans, conduct kick-off meetings, and manage project schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing mitigation plans and corrective actions as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships, resolving complaints and issues while balancing business priorities.
- Prepare project reports, conduct status meetings, and manage project scope changes.
Requirements: The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience in project management, a BS degree in an engineering discipline, and knowledge of electrical systems.
