Deposit Process Specialist - CHROME Federal Credit Union

What you will do:
This position is part of a team which provides support and/or service to our members and to multiple internal departments across the credit union. The following job duties are on a rotating schedule:
- Monitor and solve member and employee tickets via Zendesk
- Process and balance daily posting of ACH and Draft Exceptions, return items/chargebacks
- ACH processing
- Process and monitor all Digital Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit items
- Process all incoming and outgoing wire transfers
- Audit new accounts and monitor several reports
- Research and solve more complex member questions, problems, and issues regarding member accounts
- Resolve escalated inquiries/issues from Call Center
- Debit cards
- Monitor and solve member and employee tickets via Zendesk
- Process IRAs and HSAs
- Process court ordered documents - such as, subpoenas, levies and garnishments
- Process decedent accounts

What you need to bring with you:
- Experience - 2-4 years previous financial institution experience required
- Education - High School Education
- Abilities - Comfortable with current technology
- Must be available to work full time
Additional skills you should bring with you:
- Strong knowledge of IRAs and HSAs
- Knowledge of Trust Accounts
- Knowledge of Google Suite products - gmail, google drive, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
