We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Regional Bar Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations, ensuring that our bars operate at peak efficiency while delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
Job Overview
As the Regional Bar Operations Manager, you will oversee three bar locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with bar managers and staff to implement best practices, continuous training, and development programs while driving performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in high-volume bar operations, staff training, and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is adaptable, data-driven, and committed to upholding Chronic Guru’s high standards in both service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Compliance
- Oversee daily operations across three bar locations, ensuring smooth execution, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, cannabis regulations, health codes, and local alcohol laws.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve speed, accuracy, and guest experience.
- Maintain strict inventory control, monitoring stock levels, reducing waste, and ensuring proper vendor management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards are met and to provide direct leadership support.
Training & Staff Development
- Lead ongoing staff training programs for bartenders, managers, and support staff to uphold service excellence, product knowledge, and compliance.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bar operations, ensuring consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and customer interaction.
- Provide hands-on mentorship to bar managers and staff, fostering a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.
- Identify high-potential employees and support their career growth within Chronic Guru.
Financial Management & Performance Analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer feedback, cost control, and labor efficiency.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
- Analyze data-driven insights to improve pricing strategies, product offerings, and customer retention.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, upselling opportunities, and repeat business.
Customer Experience & Brand Engagement
- Ensure a consistent, high-end guest experience across all bar locations.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000 per year (depending on experience)
- $600/month sales performance bonus
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
- Opportunities for raises based on performance & expansion
