Position Summary:Our marketing and category management initiatives
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing & Pricebook to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate the Qik n EZ brand. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including social media strategy, promotional campaigns, merchandising, and website management. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive customer engagement and revenue growth across our convenience store chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with leadership to set measurable marketing objectives and KPIs.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.
- Create and implement content calendars, paid ad campaigns, and performance analytics.
Drive email marketing and SMS campaigns to promote in-store deals and customer loyalty programs.
Promotions & Advertising
Design and implement innovative promotions and advertising campaigns to boost store traffic and sales.
- Coordinate seasonal and event-driven promotions to capitalize on customer demand.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies and print partners.
Merchandising & In-Store Marketing
Oversee the design and execution of compelling in-store displays and signage.
- Partner with the operations team to optimize product placement and promotional strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify high-performing products and opportunities for growth.
Support key objectives in food service growth.
Website Management
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s website.
- Ensure seamless integration of online features, such as store locators and promotions.
Monitor website performance and implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility.
Brand Management
Uphold and evolve the Qik n EZ brand to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring all materials reflect the company’s values and voice.
Leadership & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with store managers, operations, and finance teams to align marketing efforts.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or convenience store sectors.
- Proven expertise in social media management, promotions, merchandising, and website design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing software and analytics tools
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Verifone and PDI is a plus.
