As a Retail Manager, you will:
Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
Manage shifts effectively, prioritizing store needs and tasks.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain store conditions that exceed company standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
Interpret and act on inventory data, audit processes, and vendor relations.
Prepare and troubleshoot daily paperwork and reporting.
Develop and maintain staff schedules.

Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Open availability for any shift and any day of the week.
Availability to work in the market area and flexible hours.
Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days.
Successful background and drug test.
