Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with testing and software management experience (3-5 years' in a testing and software environment), coupled with 10 years of business leadership. Proven track record in managing a P&L with both business and financial acumen to achieve target KPIs. Exposure and understanding of data acquisition systems, data analysis and processing. Collaborative business style to work within a matrix environment. Analytical thinker with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, contract documentation, and government/industry standards and specifications. Coaching, developing teams, and drive leadership and change management. Ensuring highest level of Health & Safety
