Job Summary
Chrysalis House, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Director to lead our residential substance use disorder and mental health treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and experience working in a residential treatment setting.
Main Duties:
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
- Provide clinical supervision and support to staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Demonstrable experience as a Clinical Director in a Residential substance use disorder and mental health treatment program
- Knowledge of COMAR and CARF regulations related to SUD and mental health treatment
- Ability to work in a multicultural, community-based nonprofit organization
