Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in the front office of a healthcare organization.

- Proficiency in customer service both on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities Include:

- Scheduling clients with finesse, maintaining a full schedule.

- Warmly answering phones and being the first point of contact.

- Cultivating positive relationships with clients.

- Educating families on myofunctional therapy expectations and how they can file their own claims to insurance.

- Taking and uploading clinical photos.

- Assisting staff with various projects and addressing administrative needs.
